We only access data required to provide the App’s functionality.

C. Usage & Technical Data

• Log data (IP address, browser type, device information)
• App interaction data

D. Billing Information

All billing is handled securely by Shopify. Datavio does not collect or store credit card or payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide analytics and reporting functionality
• Maintain and improve the App

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data.

Data Sharing

• With Shopify, as required for core functionality

All service providers are required to protect data and use it solely for service provision.

Data Retention & Deletion

Datavio retains store data only while the App is installed.

Upon uninstalling the App, all store data is deleted immediately from our systems.

Merchant Responsibilities

As Datavio Analytics Pvt Ltd is based in Bengaluru, India, data may be processed and stored in India or other jurisdictions where infrastructure providers operate.

By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
